Good food, easy rides and rewards, in one app.

Order from the restaurants you love, find a verified driver for your next trip between cities, and collect points while you do it.

From craving to doorstep in three steps

No long forms and no guessing. You can see what is happening at every step.

Find something good

Browse restaurants near you, open a menu and pick your dishes. Add the extras you like, such as sizes, sauces or a drink.

Pay your way

Pay in the app or choose cash on delivery. The total, with delivery and fees, is on screen before you confirm.

Follow your order

See when the kitchen accepts, when it is ready and where your rider is on the map until the knock at the door.

Your local favourites, first.

From supper at the mamak to a quiet kopitiam breakfast, the best food in town is rarely the biggest name. Hemong puts neighbourhood kitchens next to the famous ones.

  • Menus kept up to date by the restaurant. When a dish sells out, it is marked out, so you are not left waiting for something that is gone.
  • Make it yours. Choose sizes and add-ons, and leave a note for the kitchen, such as no peanuts or extra sambal.
  • Honest times and prices. You see the preparation time and the full cost before you order.

Going the same way? Share the ride.

Drivers list the trips they are already making between cities. You find one that suits, agree a fair price per seat and chat in the app.

  • Every driver is reviewed. Identity, licence, vehicle, insurance and road tax are checked before they can offer a ride.
  • A verified badge you can see. It shows on every trip, chat and booking, and it goes away if their documents expire.
  • Fair price, in the open. Counter offers stay within a reasonable range of the listed fare, and you can see the whole conversation.

Collect points. Play the daily letter contest.

Every delivered order earns Hemong Points. Use them to join the Hemong Contest, a game with two draws a day where the winning letter is the one the fewest people picked.

  • Earned by ordering. Points are not sold, have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
  • Two draws a day. At 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm Malaysia time, with the result shown in the app.
  • Open to check. A fingerprint of the draw is shown before you pick and revealed after, so anyone can verify it.

Questions people ask first

Short answers to what most people ask before they download the app.

Where can I use Hemong?

We are starting in Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley, and we will add more areas as restaurants and drivers join. The app shows what is available near you.

How much does delivery cost?

The delivery fee depends on the distance. You see the full price, including delivery and any service fee, before you pay. There are no surprises at the end.

Can I pay with cash?

Yes, where the restaurant allows it. You can pay in the app or choose cash on delivery at checkout.

Is every driver on Onway checked?

Drivers have to pass a review before they can offer a ride. A person at Hemong checks their identity, licence, vehicle details, insurance and road tax. Only approved drivers get the verified badge.

How do I get my money back if something goes wrong?

Tell us from the order in the app, or write to support@hemong.asia. Our refunds and cancellations policy explains what we cover.
