- Submit your documents. Your ID, licence, vehicle details, insurance and road tax, each as a clear photo.
- Wait for the review. A person checks everything and tells you the result in the app.

What to know before you drive with Hemong.
What do I need to start?
A smartphone, a vehicle you are legally allowed to ride or drive, a valid licence, and up to date insurance and road tax. You sign up in the Hemong Rider app and submit your documents for review.
When can I work?
Whenever you like. You go online when you are ready and offline when you are done. We only collect your location while you are online or on a delivery.
How does verification work?
You take photos of your documents in the app. A person at Hemong reviews them and tells you the result. If we cannot approve something, we tell you why, so you can fix it and send it again.
How do I get paid?
Your earnings for each delivery are recorded in the app. The Rider terms explain how and when you are paid. Questions? Write to riders@hemong.asia.
Can I also offer rides on Onway?
Yes. Drivers who want to share seats on trips between cities verify in the Hemong app and then list their trips.
