What does it cost to join?
We keep the terms simple and we share them in full before you sign anything. Write to partners@hemong.asia and we will send the current partner terms.
Do I need special equipment?
No. The partner portal runs in a web browser on a tablet, phone or computer. If you have a receipt printer, you can print a kitchen ticket for every order.
Can I run more than one outlet?
Yes. Owners see every outlet. You can give a store manager or a team member access to just their own outlet, so people only see what they need.
Who sets my prices and hours?
You do. You manage your menu, prices, photos, opening hours and when you are open or busy.
How do I get paid?
The portal shows your sales and payment breakdown by day. We explain how and when payouts are made in the partner terms.
